Hi to all.
Help, I had this problem.
I was working on file in NX7.5 then I did an operation like an extrude but it was no ok so I just undo the operation then the CAD model disappeared. So, I just save the file and then I tried to open it again and the "Internal error cames up" and Now I can not open anymore that file. Some body that could help me whit this issue. I really apreciate. Thanks

Yes I know Ben, It was a reaction that I had...[sad]
NO, Sdeters. Im in NATIVE mode...

The reason I ask is because teamcenter saves a certain number of previous versions of the part. We have our set to three versions. So if this happens to us all with have to do is go back to an earlier version. I did not know if working native had this same capability?

Native in NX does not save previous versions. When you do a save, it gets written to a temporary file name, verified that the file structure is complete and then the original file is deleted and the new file renamed to the original name. Pro/E does use file versions in native mode, but only if you do a check-in in PDMLink do you get file iterations. A save using PDMlink is only to your local cache.

The methods used for preventing lost data are as varied as the CAD programs themselves.

This is a part file, not an assembly. Have you tried to do an ug_inspect on the part and maybe an export of the solid data that could be loaded into a new file.
