I'm going in for my first interview with an MEP firm this week, kinda nervous.

Any words of wisdom and encouragement will be much appreciated.

I agree with VPL there is a lot of information already posted within the forum(s).

In any event, arrive early. It then gives you some time to transition from the commute to being prepared/relaxed for the interview.

First Impressions mean a lot. Consider this for how you dress, make eye contact, and shake hands.

As pennpiper indicates, tell the truth.

Bring a portfolio of accomplishments and samples if possible. It keeps your hands busy and the enthusiasm level high.

Relax and remember job hunts often follow this series of events, "no"1, "no"2..."no"x,"yes". Congratulations, hit the ground running and don't stop studying until you die...
