Intralink 2.0 corruption after loading Pro/E 2001 2002180

We upgraded from Pro/E 2000i2 to 2001 build 2002180 yesterday.
We still use Intralink 2.0 2000470 with it.
All existing workspaces were deleted & everyone started out with a fresh .proi folder.
Everybody is working fine except for one designer.
A simple drawing change is saved in pro/e.
When you return to the intralink browser and refresh to show that the drawing has been modified Intralink bombs out completely and corrupts the workspace and will not let you re-open it.
We delete the workspace & .proi and try again but the same thing happens every time.
When the operator logs into my machine and tries it afresh
everything works fine.
We have no idea what is causing it or how to fix it.
Any of you legends out there with a solution?

The latest version of 2001 that you can use with Pro/Intralink 2.0 is build 2001200. We have the same situation here. All of your other engineers will soon be experiencing these same problems.

Hi guys, Have you erased the local database when you create the new .proi?

According to the Pro/Intralink Product Compatibility matrix, the versions should work.

Pro/I 2.0 2000470 works with Pro/E 2001 2001150, 2001200, 2002180.
