Inventor 10-Text for Leader not showing ( Searched )

Hello, I have been searching the internet and this forum for a similar situation.

I found a few similar topics but those solutions do not work for me.

My leaders worked correctly 1 week ago.

I looked for windows update KB918118 and it is no where to be found. In fact, my computer was last updated back in 2009.

Please lend me your thoughts.

Have you tried the Autodesk hotfix for the issue?

Yes I tried that. I get a error message saying that the version of hotfix does not work on MY version of inventor 10.

That means you have not updated the service packs either. The hotfix only works on a fully updated Inventor 10. Apply service packs first and then the hotfix.
