Inventor - AutoCAD drawing query

Hi everyone, I`d appreciate some help on this matter...
I have a client specified drawing border in AutoCAD format. They want a select few of my inventor drawings in their border and issued to them in AutoCAD format, not inventor.

Has anyone done anything similar and how did you go about this?

If its just a few this is what I would do
#1-Create your inventor drawing.
#2-Save copy as (and save it as an Autocad .dwg file)
#-Open copy in Autocad.
#4-insert their title block into that autocad drawing and your done.

I have a similar problem. Does the method mcgvr present allow the "components" to be more than just individual lines in the AutoCad drawing? We manufacture web handling equipment and when the customer wants a Autocad drawing it gets messy. Our machines have 4,000 to 7,000 parts.
