We are buying a new IR camera, AVIO or a FLIR. We machine explosive material and need to get this camera into an enclosure that is Nema 4 and explosion/dust proof. Does anyone know where I can find such a thing?? Also any recommendations on a camera in the 20-30K range would be helpful.

I guess i don't fully understand. how are you going to use the camera if its in a explosion proof box? Anyway we have been building liquid baths for class1 div1 labs and have been using I beleive an Appleton enclosure. I think our price is around $1200. I'm not sure if its what you had in mind, but its got a screw on lid that has a large piece of glass to see through. I can get a part number in the morning if you need. See attached photo.

I have attached a enclosure that is similar to what we need to do. The camera will be hooked to a laptop and all controls will be done on the laptop. We need an enclosure that is relatively small and light so that the system is somewhat portable. Any ideas are appreciated.
