IR EPE450 2 Stages screw compressor Repair Manual

Hi Dears;
I'm looking for the workshop or repair manual of the IngersollRand EPE450-2S. If someone kindly could send it to me ?!!

We lost 2 heavy Air compressors in very short time (one month) and I have no idea about what happened?!..
I'm an oilfield plant mechanical and the Air Instrument&Service Station is composed of 3 EPE450-2S screw compressors. We lost 2 of those compressors (4 weeks between the first and the 2nd)but NO warning and NO alarm diplayed on PLC monitor?! The shaft between the coupling and the the driven screws broken in twice and the driver motor didn't stop running and the operator had to stop it (the electrical motor) using the emergency push buton. How to explain that the control didn't work?

Again, It will very kindly if someone could share shop manual wiht me

Local IR man will be here next week.

I got a very experimented mechanical team on rotating equipments (pumps, compressors, gas turbines, etc..) but I never touched a screw compressor. I would like to make bearings remplacement of the 3rd screw compresseur as they haven't been relpaced for 8 years.
So if anyone has any experience to how to replace bearings on screw compressor double stages.. it will be very helpfull

If you've got an experienced mechanical maintenance team, then with a little help from the IR man and the IR maintenance manual, they should be able to get these machines repaired. Presume this IR man will bring along all replacement parts that you dont already have in your spares warehouse?

So you have backup air supply from some other source for the time being ?
