Is 15m of pump's head mean discharge preesure will be higher than the suction pressure with that value.

Your question is not really clear in what you are trying to find out - can you restate it so that we can assist you.

At the moment, my understanding of your question is, if you have a positive suction pressure and the pump is capable of adding an additional 15 metres - then the total discharge head will be 15m + the suction pressure.

Discharge Pressure (Pa)= Suction Pressure(Pa) +
(Rho(Kg/m3)*9.81*15)

For water Rho is 1000 Kg/m3.

1-kinematic energy diference at inlet/outlet
2-hydraulic losses between measurement points, other than those between inlet and outlet pump flange.
