we design engines part in sw
in some cases in our models specially in shell and fillet commands , we do one for example fillet 4 mm on a edge ..
with ctrl+q there is no error even rebuild on verification active.we save it for tomorrow ...
tomorrow when open that , that fillet have some error and doesn't generate correctly ... we edit definition of that fillet and in some cases just click ok with no change .. and it's ok ! it do correctly ... and in other cases we decrease amount of fillet by 0.000001 , and then it does corrctly ... but next time we open it .. maybe it has this error again !
why ?

You should contact your VAR on this one, because examples will most likely going to be needed to determine the problem.
