Is it obligatory to require NDE in A-105 accesories?

This specification requires PT or MT in the surface of the accesorie, but only in suplementary requirements.
Can I obligate them to carry out NDT?
Material certificate only says of Visual and dimensional checking, anythng of NDT. By the way, ¿It is obligatory to indicate the real mesurements of the accesory or only indicating Visual and dimensional OK is enough?

Sorry, but your post is difficult to comprehend. What specification, ASTM A 105? Also, what does your purchase order or contract document require for Supplementary Requirements S5 and S6? Normally, you cannot invoke Supplementary requirements unless it is sated in the purchase order or contract.

Sorry, I do not explain very well. Yes, it is ASTM A-105.
In Purchase order is not required Supplementary Requirements S5 and S6.
