Is it possible to add text/annotation "below" a dimension line

In UG NX7.5 is it possible when adding dimensions to add text/annotaions "below" the actual dimension line & not just below the dimension value itself?? I'm new to UG NX after 15 years of using ProE.

You'll have to create the appended text as a separate note and position it where you would like it.

Sorry, I was wrong.
Ignore my answer and consider John Baker's.
 
To add to John's post, you can also use the origin tool (Edit -> Annotation -> Origin) to associate your new text note to the dimension. Then, if you move the dimension or view, the note will follow.
