Is it possible to use sketch linked values for features in parts? That is directly, without having to fiddle around with tables or equations?

Are you talking about sketch lengths from another model, or within the same model? More details please.

Have you tried RMB and clicked Link values? You give the value a Name and from there when you want to link to that Dim you go to "Link Values" and pick that name.

For a feature you will first have to create, then come back to the dimension by Double clicking on the feature and going to the dim that away.

Thank you Scott, that was exactly what I was thinking of - I guessed it should be possible as it made no sense restricting link values to sketches and not features.

(It would have been great if there was a direct box for input during the creation of the feature though).
