Hello
here's the nameplate and the wiring:
I want to make sure that my pump is three-phase before I order it. Thank you!

It's a single phase motor,
Seems to me it's time to get some professional help on the job as it's certainly beyond your expertise.

It is a capital mistake to theorise before one has data. Insensibly one begins to twist facts to suit theories, instead of theories to suit facts. (Sherlock Holmes - A Scandal in Bohemia.)

What country are you in?

Thanks Artisi, I'm learning and enjoying. Did you say it's a single motor because it has three wires?

Why edit your post by removing the link? It's single phase, 3 wires - active, neutral and earth.
When I click the link it came up as Amazon Thailand, is this where you are based?

Hey Artisis,
I'm kind of a privacy freak, sensitive toward personal questions. I have removed the link because you, with much appreciation, have answered my question.

Thank you again.

AC fractional HP motors are almost always single phase and can be categorized as shaded-pole, reluctance, split-phase, series, and synchronous.
