Is Siemens NX using AVX-512 instruction set?

Hi,
We are trying to guess what is the best CPU for NX, specially for CAM operations.

I've seen that Intel can have better performance than AMD when using AVX512 instruction set,
but AMD Threadripper 3 series outclasses best Intel CPU's when not.

Does anybody know if NX uses AVX-512 or whatever Intel optimized code?
