Is the IDEA Statica Connection Library actually free?

Their website appears to say you can make a free account, and the first google entry says "FREE FOR EVERYONE. IDEA StatiCa Connection Library costs you nothing. You only need to create a FREE account to use all its features. Connection Library has..."

Yet when I create an account and try to open a connection from the connection library I get an "Application not authorized" error. The "Learn More" button for the error takes me HERE but the two errors there are not what I received.

Am I missing something here? I miss the old connection tool they had on their website...

very poorly run company from my experience. They have a great product but lack customer service and good guidance on how to use their software for non standard designs.
