hi guys
I've been skimming through the internet to find a name for this method in English so I can look up for more information.
unfortunately, I couldnt find an appropriate name for it. apparently, it is called Lift-up-method in Korea.
Link
like in the photo Lift-up method is when a structure is completed in the ground prior to being put together with the whole building at the top.
I would appreciate it if I could get the name of the method in English! so I can google more information
thanks!

I think you are referring to the "Jump Form" method.

sorry maybe my explanation was lacking a bit.
i mean the skyway structure in the middle with glass-window-side, when i meant 'a structure is completed in the ground prior to being put together with the whole building at the top.'

So there are several terms for this:

accelerated method
Pre-manufactured
Shop assembly
modular construction
