Is there a Screw & Dowel plug-in program for UG?

HI, I've worked on General Motors UG and they have a neat screw and dowel program. You set the screw or dowel parameters, pick the two mating blocks and presto! the screw counterbore and matching tap are ed for you. When I left GM and went to an outside design house, they
model each screw or dowel, saying GM owns rights to that program. Is there a plugin out there for NX2 or NX3? Thanks in advance for any help.

No, that program is part of the GM Toolkit that GM owns. If your company is a supplier to GM, then you can obtain it.
