Is there a standard ACH for ventilation tanks? (Air change per hour)

Hi there, I am trying to size and inline fan to vent an acid drain. I have figured out the line loss formulas but those change based on the flowrate. The higher the flow rate, the higher static pressure I require. What else should I consider in this?
