Is there a way to project texture pattern onto part?

Hello all,

I am trying to create a brick wall and wanted to know is there a way to project texture pattern onto part?
I know about Appearance but I am not interested in appearance I actually need the part to be embossed by the texture. Is there any way to do this?

I am trying to create this part so our factory will be able to use the texture in the injection mold process so this will actually imprint the texture into the part or is the bump map just for rendering?
