Is there any requirement for number of nozzles and manways for a pressure vessel

Hi All,

I was looking through the code (ASME BPVC.VIII.1)I cannot find any thing?
on the minimum number of nozzles required on a Pressure vessel for this instant a Air Receiver for Instrument Air System.
