is there any way to change Assembly Load Options while files are open?

here's the question
I have opened an assembly with assembly load options as bellow
is there any way to change assembly load options without closing and reopening files?

Yes.
After you change the load options, go assembly navigator , Right click top node - Select assembly
then Right click one of the selected components : Open -component fully.
