You can try and find a book called "Reinforced Concrete Design: to Eurocode 2" by W.H. Mosley. This book features a pile cap design example using strut and tie method.
Also you can google "eurocode 2 examples".

The following books are really helpful, especially the french one, which goes into huge detail for the analysis of nodal regions and pile caps subject to large eccentricities:
- "Strut-and-tie Models" - Concrete Centre;
- "Dimensionnement des constructions selon L'Eurocode 2 à l'aide des modèles bielles et tirants" - Jean-Louis Bosc;
- "Método de Bielas y Tirantes" - Monografía ACHE M-6;
- "FIB Bulletin 61 - Design examples for stru-and-tie models".

I have set up two spreadsheets for 2 and 4 pile caps for centric loads. Here are the dropbox links:
2 Piles Cap
4 Piles Cap

Use them as you like (and at your own peril...). Just warn me if you find some errors!

thanks. so the vertical link is a must item under EC2?
