Is there Feature to automatically create pads and washer?

Hi,

I am used from other software that there is an automatic tool that creates washers and pads (see images)

This way the mesh around holes is of good quality.
Is there an automatic tool that creates such features in ANSYS? Or do I have to do it manually?
