Iso mesh on uneven surface 1

I want to do hex mesh on the surface which i have attached and then sweep that mesh.
but i am not able to do the iso mesh on that surface as it is showing it is bimatric surface

Try using the "Paver" or "Hybrid" mesh option and create a quad mesh on that surface. Then, you should be able to generate the desired Hex mesh by sweeping the quad elements.
