Issue with ray traced studio in NX 9 - "Black screen" 1

Hey,

At my current workplace, we recently installed NX9.0 on aproxiamtely 10 computers. They all run NX just fine, except when you try to use the "Ray Traced Studio". The pop-up window in which the studio is supposed to be is completely black, and causes the program to freeze (in return making the user force quit the application). Has anyone encountered an issue like this, or do you know how to fix it?

I had the same issue a while back.
I needed an adjustment in my lighting and it was good to go.

I encountered the issue you are talking about with a separate model a while back (on a different system), but it didn't cause the program to freeze. In addition , the issue arises with every model and their separate "light settings".

Obviously i will tinker a bit with the settings and see if it helps. Thank you!

I would rather have a look at the Graphics adapter and the driver.
Is this a certified Graphics adapter ( Read : Nvidia Quadro or AMD FirePro) ?
are you running the certified graphics driver ?
