JK Chart for Rating Non-Metallic Inclusions 2

I'm in the process of renovating a metallurgical laboratory, and need to purchase a wall mounted chart that I can place near the microscope for rating non-metallic inclusions per ASTM E45. I have been unable to find anyplace that sells these charts. Does anyone know where I can source one?
