Hi,

is it possible to join two planes in generative shape design by using join or heal command

yes ferdo i'm very sure can we join or heal planes
 

Planes can not be join in GSD (or in other workbench), as you can see in the picture attached (see interdiction sign in the red rectangle).

Heal is used for surfaces not for planes. I believe is a misunderstanding somewhere.

Planes are infinite in length, and don't have edges; so a plane cannot be continuous with other geometry (or other planes) in order to be joined or healed.

Planar surfaces can be joined.
 
A star from me. Perfectly explained. I wanted to do it myself but I always believe that "A picture is worth a thousand words".

Guys i know this but one of my friend says we can join but he doesn't want to share with me How..? so i'm trying this forum if anyone can help me out plz
 
I may be the slow one on this forum.... but what benefit would get out of this?
 
i think your friend is just stringing you along. I don't think it can be done.
