JT8D - Pratt and Whitney Service Bulletin Supplemental Document No 5411

I'm working on an old JT8D and have a copy of SB 5411, however there is a Supplemental Document referenced "Supplemental Document No 5411." Which I'm having a hard time finding. Does anyone have a copy?

Len, are you finding an NPRM for the SB? I don't find any ADs or NPRMs for this item.

Can you provide some additional info about the SB you do have?
Given the very large number of AD's against the long-lived engine type, it's actually not a bad idea to check out DRS to be sure it might not be associated with one of them. Given that's the biggest crop of hits from a google search on the JT8D it's no surprise that's what even the 'bots will spit out at you.

P&W website doesn't support the JT8D any more. There is a phone number there.
