I have a bit of a puzzle and was wondering if anyone had an explanation. I have a Knowledge Fusion program used where I work that performs a measure bodies and some attribute creation. Most of the time this works great, but I have found recently examples where the mass/volume is not updating correctly after a change to an expression.
Example: I have a cylinder with an expression driving the length and a few revolved sketches that are subtracted from cylinder. There is a datum at both ends, one is stationary and the other moves with the length expression. If my subtract tool sketch is dimensioned to the stationary datum, the KF updates mass/volume correctly. If my sketch is dimensioned to the moving datum, the KF updates but its mass/volume is incorrect.
I can flip back and forth inside the same part file. Any idea what might be causing the incorrect measurement?
