How do I get KF routine (written for NX 6.0) to run on new machine with new NX 9.0 seat? Do I also need to load NX 6.0 onto new machine for KF to run? We have copied to new machine all KF files and edited bda_start.bat. I do not see it at File => All Applications =>.
Any help will be appreciated.

Thank you, David

Hi David,
I presume you are talking about old dfa codes written in NX6... You can use old KF routine (.dfa) on new versions with ease. Just change the version description of the NX vesrion in the begining of the dfa.
Also please make sure if the dfa manager can trace this dfa (according to your preferences) in your NX9 session. and try doing a syntax test also using the manager.
Thanks and Best Regards

Thank you Kapil. I'm well on my way. NX 9.0 is now seeing the KF routine. Although, I have encountered an error along the way. At least I'm way past it not even seeing the KF. I will repost if I do not figure out the small hurtle in front of me.
Thanks again,
David
