Label move on detail circle NX5 2

Hi All, been finding my answers via search here until now.

I created a detail view whose label, whether embedded or leader line style, defaults to a placement over the part geometry. How can I move this freely along the circumference of the circle boundary to an open spot?

Seems like I was able to just grab and drag before nx5...been poking since v12
