Hi,

I have a spot for label on this product that has a operating temp around 100C
I don't want the label to by itself peel out or deform due to temp.
There is no way to open the product in field to replace labels.

So I request suggestion on label material or any special stick on labels

Thx
C1

Engraved or laser etched on stainless steel, attached with rivets.

Many polyester labels have a 150deg C max service temperature..

What is the material of the part?
Can the part itself be engraved or silk screened?

Part is AL1100. I think I like the idea of engraving. Thx guys.

If you anodize and dye the aluminum, you can "etch" (more like bleach) the dye with a CO2 marking laser, leaving a silver mark where the laser hits, with good contrast to the (hopefully) contrasting anodized surface.
