Labor Standards 2

Hey Guys! I'm trying to find industry standard labor hours. I've heard of the Gulf States or Gulf Coast Standards but I've searched and searched and can't find anything. I'm looking for something centered around Pressure Vessels. Any help or suggestions would be greatly appreciated!

I attached an interesting publication from the magazine "The FABRICATOR".

This is not centered on Pressure Vessels, but may be helpful.

I would appreciate if someone could send something related to pressure vessels or boilers.

Maybe it is a bit late. But I also want to point you to Page norms.

In the Netherlands the DACE (Dutch Association of Cost Engineers) has published several booklets with norms and a price booklet which can be found on the DACE website.
