I am no expert in this field but if you are looking to just get this motor running for your experiment, then it is essentially a matter of checking that you are feeding the motor sufficient ampage as well as voltage. if you are unsure of which wires to connect the power, why not clip the covering of the wires at a point between the connector and the pump and try to connect you power there - a bit of trial & error maybe.
 
How are the three input leads shown in the picture terminated - bare wire as per the pic or with a plug of some description.
If you are unclear why not ask the supplier - it's usually the best way to get the correct answer.
 
If you read the description, you will see that this device is intended to run from a computer power supply. It incorporates an rpm sensor, hence the extra wire. I would check a spare connector in a computer to see which pins have power. The opposite gender of those pins will be where you connect your power feed.
