Laminated busbar installation

Reference attached photo, not great quality sorry.

Should we be concerned about this busbar section. The bend on right hand side, where possibly due to incorrect installation the bend has caused the lamination to fold and create a crease where part of the laminations have split away.

Application is mv vsd, 1540vac 60hz at this section of connection to inverter stack

I tried to find installation guide on line for laminated busbar but could find anything. I am inclined to think it is ok but it is new installation and can get rectified under warranty if considered a problem.

If it were me I would have it fixed under warranty, it reduces the electrical clearance between it and the neighboring connection.
You haven't really provided much information on lightening impulse rating if that applicable or current capacity so its hard to say much more.
 
Is it a fully laminated bar or a laminated section brazed in between two stubs of solid bar? I would be concerned how it would behave under fault conditions given the lack of bracing on the horizontal section, the bare conductor, and weakened bend area. It's hard to judge scale but it's obviously big enough that things moving under fault conditions could get messy.
