Land Development Pemitting - NJ and PA

Does anyone have a thorough list of State, County and local permits/approvals typically required in Pennsylvania and New Jersey land development projects? (ie: sewer, water, environmental, utility...)

The more descriptive the better.

PA townships/boros/etc all have their own individual permitting requirements, in regard to grading, highway connections, etc. Check wherever you work at. Regarding environmental permitting, refer to this site
