Large Pressure Relief Valves

In general what are the differences in the requirements between Class 3 large and small pressure relief valves (ASME Section III ND)? Once you go above an inlet size of 2 inches is there any mandatory NDE for SA 351 or SA 479 bodies/bonnets? Is the only difference the analysis of loadings?
