I am building a clear spherical dome requiring approx 1.5m radius, an arbitrary thickness (say 12mm) and a very smooth surface. It will comprise two flanged hemispheres or six hexahedral (!) segments. It needs to be optically clear. I am considering free blow forming acrylic but would appreciate any help with the following:

- Contacts for suitable thermoformers willing to develop the parts
- Joining method suggestions
- Alternative process suggestions

Thanks in advance for any help
