large stepfile, will it finish ?

Hi guys,
I have started converting a step file to NX. The step file is ~331 MB.
The conversion has been running since 17:40 Thursday this week, now almost 2 full days. ( ~44 hours by now)
The process , step214ug.exe, seen in the task manager is using ~8.6 GB memory and increasing.

Do you think it will finish ?

Its now sunday morning , i need to shut down the computer... the process is using ~9.5 GB
No files produces so far...
