laser cutting 3015-1500w

Hello everyone

our work have a fiber laser cutting 3015-1500w with Precitec ProCutter and I work in this cutting machinery
I am new in this profession and have some difficulties
-before we had a plasma CR electronik (15 years) and everything was fine
and now with this laser cutting we must start again from the beginning
-I have problems with piercings and cutting settings (mild steel 3mm and 6mm)
- Breaks down very quickly (Scratching) protective glass

something is wrong in the settings
help from your experience for correct adjustment

Did you have no set up support from the new machines provider? With a conditions booklet?
