laser cutting tungsten 97% sheet .025"

Hi,
anybody have any experience with that material.We have a problem to cut it , there in 2 windows inside part , they close to outside shape and one always crack there space .040".looks like heat create stress and week spot cracking , we use nitrogen as assist gas.Cutting edge is not bad............
