Do you have to do both internal and external. We clean our external optics every 2 months our internal every 3 and replace after one year. It's real easy you just have to be careful.

yeah we need both, we signed a contract with Laser Experts because we caught an Amada tech trying to screw us on head and short cable. needless to say laser experts hasnt done a thing they promised in the contracts. we would pay cash to someone who could teach us the procedure. Its the only thing we have never done ourselves. I was told id need a "power buck" to measure something??

I talk to our guy that is doing them and I trained him at first he really knows the lasers and he can bring everything he needs. He would like to know what he would be getting. It would take one day for the internals because he would age it overnight, but first you will need to do a leak test to make sure the tubes are good. The second day would be the externals and the alignment.

just name his price and the leak test's were good monday. we do them weekly. But if he could teach us that would be awesome

email me at andy@americanrampcompany.com to discuss this further please
