Laser Trumpf L3030 - showing fault: "Error - Cooling Unit 1"

Please help, give me an advise with this fault. Because of this error the laser is not working at all. Everything seems ok with the cooling water. Could you first give me a clue what actually "Cooling Unit 1" is and is there a "Cooling Unit 2" ? Where should I look for the problem? Any advise would be helpful. Thank you in advance ! There usually is a "push button" breaker on the cooling tower on the Trumatic 3030 that you could hold down for 30 secs and reset the cooling unit. On the Bosche controlled ones Im not sure if they have them. Also, blowing out the radiators on the chiller might fix the problem.
