Lateral Deflection Limits for Headers? 1

Hey guys,

What do you go off of to determine your lateral deflection limits for a header? Would it be the wall above limits? I can't seem to find much on this it's all vertical deflection.

Same as the wall above if it’s the same construction, unless I thought the lintel deflection may be enough to cause a vertical destabilizing effect.
