Lattice Diamond Software

Hi, I have recently purchased a LatticeECP3 Versa Dev Kit and downloaded Lattice's Diamond Software. I have only used Xilinx in the past and I am wondering how I make test benches in Diamond and then look at the waveform is something like the ISim in Xilinx.
