LC 2415 A3 NT need help in IF board 1

guys, I need your expertise in this one,
A/D converter alarm, I replace and check all 24V including the IC, and the alarm is still there, I replace the whole IF board, and still the alarm is still there.
I've even check the power supply PCB and the Input board and there is no problem with it. the laser fanuc control panel is not working, only the alphanumeric soft key beside the screen is responding, and beside the A/D Converter alarm there is also code 2101 circuit protector trip alarm, I try to check and figure it out, but there is no trip in all my breakers, the alarm wont move. I've been fixing this machine by my self, I have no contact with fanuc or amada.

did I miss something? please I need help guys. thanks

There is a breaker labeled QF7. Even though it may not look tripped I believe it is. It's on the Amada part of the machine, usually in the back under the table with the servo drives. If you find it, check the output, I bet it's zero.

P.s. could be QF11

laserninja, your right the QF11, is trip, the machine start running, but now it gives me alarm 4079, emergency stop, although all my button is release, sorry for asking, but I only fixing the machine on my own, if I fix one alarm it gives me another, :)

I did get you email this morning. I thought this would be a better place to reply.

The long and short of it is I think there is something wrong with the way you connected the interface board.

I worked on a Cincinnati that had a Fanuc laser on it. The laser would go through normal start up, but would sit at sequence 20 till you hit the H/V ready button then it would start the rest of the way... It sounds like your machine, the interface board, is looking for this signal. Amada machines are not set up that way.

I don't think it's got anything to do with an emergency stop condition. If your laser was running right, when ever you hit the e-stop, it drops out the high voltage and sits at sequence 20.

thanks for giving your time on this, i connected the interface correctly, and beside there is a label on the interface that can instruct you easily, but to think of it there is a little difference in the new interface and the old one, i attach some picture, it might help some how, i hope?

as you can see the image, the new IF Board has a jumper between DIL2 & DIL1, and at the Link 1 the Jumper was on the Left side, for the old IF Board, the Link 1 was on the right and no jumper between the DIL1 & DIL2, so I followed the old setting because the laser is working before, do you think this has something to do with it?

laserninja, so it means I need to try to put the jumper back and link 1? is that correct? just like to know if there is any risk doing so? I'm not so much in electronics, sorry if I ask.

so this is a picture of my IF board but I mark it with red,
the circle is where is my connection or my wires connected, the x mark is not connected, can I ask what is the DIL1 & DIL2 is for? and at the link 1 does do? just curious? thanks for being patience.
 
I realize that the picture I posted looks the same as what you have. At least in the two areas in question. The picture I posted was from a 3000D. Similar to yours. I do not know what the jumpers are for or what they mean. Sorry. I would look at the picture I posted and compare it with what you have connected and in your machine now. If you cannot find anything different, anywhere on the entire board, I think a worthwhile experiment would be to put the old IF board back in.
 
I think I have something. The interface board has two different ways to communicate to the control. Two different ways to connect it. If you are using the fiber optic cable, then you connect to COP1 and the jumper in the lower right has to be connected to the COP side (right). My picture, is of the other style connection using a JD1 cable. In that case, the jumper goes on the left.

I don't know what DIL 1 and 2 are for yet, but try moving the jumper to the right side if you are using the fiber optic cable COP1.

 
yes sir, that is my original setting, im connected to COP1 and my jumper was on the right side at COP, i never change it, and still the alarm is still there,

 
Also, this friend of mine I talked to suggested that there needs to be a jumper between ESP1 and ESP2.
