Would anyone have advice on how to go about performing a leakage test on a new cast-in-place tank? What is a common allowance for leakage?
Are there any on-line specifications that anyone is aware of that address this topic?
Thanks for any responses.

Denis59,

There is also the AWWA at

The test used in the UK is the 21 day drop test and is outlined in the British Standard BS 8007. This is also explained well in the book by R.D Anchor "Design Of Water Retaining Structures" Andy Machon
