LEED Design using HAP

I am currently entering data into HAP to obtain a Baseline Building model to satisfy part of the Energy & Atmosphere Prereq. #2. I am looking for any suggestions and or tips from seasoned LEED designers to help me in avoiding any pit-falls in the modeling process. FYI the building is 6 stories tall w/ a vivarium located below grade.
