legs design

Hello,

I need help to design legs( short) for supporting a skid (pum + vessel+ piping mounted on a 1/4'' thk plate) , I want to use calculation formula as for a vessel to have the legs dimensions but my problem is how the design of the bearing conditions at the top of the leg (the contact of the skid plate with the leg).
