Here is my issued
I have a Vegapuls SR68 in order to measure level in a storage tank (some with gasoline and other Diesel), capacity 100,000 bbls. The calibration was done (without product), later the tanks were filled and the measured values were different, then the instruments were recalibrated getting the rigth values, but at the next day appeared decalibrated. The instrument get a better behaviour when was changed the medium (Medium setup/ liquid @ bulk solid) to solid, but the problem still persist. the instrument meaasured in meters.

Is it reading higher or lower than you expect and by what amount?
I would expect a digital meter to remain constant unless the signal is not bouncing off the surface.

Hey,

You need to understand what the device is seeing into your tank; maybe you have interference in the tank creating false echoes where you have a problem with the level measurement.
For that, if you have the display from VEGA with Bluetooth communication you can through the app take a look at the echo curve to see if you have any interference in the tank creating a peak higher than the level.
You can do the same using HART communicator or through the display.
Furthermore, it's relevant to see if the device is set up correctly before you go through advanced ways to figure the problem out.

In the technical manual, you can see more information about Echoes curve at page 52

If you want to see how to use the Bluetooth communication, you can take a look at those links:
